  • DeepMatrix — Geospatial intelligence/drone survey platform. Competitive moat analysis: cost advantage, proprietary LLM classification, data moat from free pilots. Valuation grew ₹36Cr→₹79.2Cr. Revenue +393% YoY, EBITDA-positive Feb 2026.
  • Zekardo — Vehicle condition intelligence platform. Conditional pass, likely acquisition exit thesis.
  • EUME — Premium D2C luggage. Conditional buy with caveats on CAC/LTV and EBITDA path.
  • Snackible — D2C snacking. Recommended pass.
  • Garuda Aerospace — Series B at ₹2,150Cr. Flagged as overpriced vs. traction. 18-month lock-in mechanics identified as key risk.
